Personally when I got into dieting, I always thought I have to keep eating salads and just a bland grilled chicken and not only me but others who get into dieting also think dieting is like this. well no dieting is not like this and it is actually way better and yah I can confirm that you can eat foods like: french toasts, shawarma, pancakes and way more and still can maintain a healthy lifestyle, just switch some ingredients and yah you can still eat your favorite cravings and get the same taste and can make it healthier. personally I love my diet and I switch out ingredients and make my favorite cravings. you guys as well can do this and live a healthy lifestyle
