As an aspiring 15 year old teenager, I have already witnessed a lot of people changing their lives and overall becoming a fit human being. Obesity is a very large problem in the world, it can cause various issues to our body which is very harmful and most likely to cause issues to the heart which can be very dangerous, putting in small changes into your lifestyle can help benefit your health like, walking everyday for 30 mins, eating fruits and vegetables in meals and as you start adding all these new changes, your body will eventually get used to it and as humans we also get used to it and start slowly living a healthy lifestyle.
